On April 7th, 2026, Chamel Abdulkarim, a warehouse worker from Highland, set fire to the Kimberly Clark warehouse in Ontario, CA. His last words were “"If you're not going to pay us enough to live, or afford to live, at least pay us enough not to do this.”
